I designed an inventory management module as part of a larger six-module hospital management dashboard. The goal was to give hospital staff a clear and reliable way to track medical supplies, monitor usage, and prevent shortages, while keeping the module visually and functionally consistent with the broader system.

To design an inventory management module that enables hospital staff to track medical supplies accurately and efficiently. The goal was to reduce the risk of stock shortages and human error by providing clear, real-time visibility into inventory levels, ultimately supporting smoother hospital operations and better patient care.

The Challenge:
This project came with unique constraints. Working within a larger six-module hospital management system meant the inventory module had to visually and functionally align with the broader product ecosystem. Collaboration with a wider design team was essential, and the design had to balance clarity in data presentation with consistency in the overall system's visual language, all while navigating the sensitivity of a healthcare environment.

The Result
The inventory management module was delivered with a white and green color scheme that clearly highlighted critical stock levels and alerts. Modular cards, intuitive icons, and quick-access panels gave hospital staff an efficient way to track supplies, monitor usage patterns, and prevent shortages, all while staying fully cohesive with the rest of the dashboard experience.
