The core challenge was designing two interfaces that served very different needs while still feeling like part of the same product. The dashboard had to handle complex operational data such as financials, tenant records, bookings, and maintenance in a way that was professional and efficient for admins. The mobile app, on the other hand, had to feel simple, friendly, and intuitive for everyday users who just needed quick access to their rental information and requests.

The Result
The final dashboard delivered a clean, professional interface using a blue and white color scheme, with card-based layouts that made key metrics instantly scannable for admins. The mobile app complemented this by offering users a streamlined and approachable experience to manage their rental needs on the go. Together, both platforms formed a well-rounded solution that addressed the full spectrum of property management interactions, from the admin overseeing operations to the user living the experience.
